We help network service providers deliver high-quality experiences to consumers and enterprises.

We develop innovative solutions that analyze, optimize, and monetize OTT application traffic going through the networks.

As part of our team, you will drive innovation in app-driven cloud and hybrid solutions designed to accelerate time-to-value across network planning, engineering, and operations.

The Job Responsibilities:
  • Validating strategy with stakeholders
  • Implementing test strategy while leading teams with direct and indirect reports
  • Assisting in project risk analysis, testing scope, and scheduling
  • Identifying level of test coverage required and weak areas
  • Liaising with Project Leads and other Departmental Managers on schedule impact, test coverage, etc.
  • Establishing testing practices and department organization
  • Ensuring group is running at optimal capacity and efficiency
  • Prioritizing and allocating resources to multiple projects
  • Leading tools development for Engineering Efficiency and Infrastructure
  • Working with product management, engineering, and sales to determine customer use cases for our solutions
Key Skills:
  • Experience with build-to-test automation, continuous integration
  • Automated testing & test-driven development
  • Excellent Python programming skills with Pytest
  • Agile/Lean software development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domains:
  • Working experience with Unix, Linux or RTOS
  • Strong experience in SQL and database management
  • Working experience in Linux system configuration, Network Functions Virtualization
  • Good knowledge of Open protocol standards such as Diameter and/or REST interfaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
  • Good testing acumen and attention to detail
  • Motivated, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively articulate technical test challenges into automated test solutions
  • Passion to make the internet infrastructure faster and reliable
