Job Title: Cloud Data Solutions Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain scalable data solutions in the cloud. As a Cloud Data Solutions Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge technologies like PySpark, AWS Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions to power data-driven decision-making.

  • Design and implement robust ETL pipelines using PySpark and AWS Glue for efficient data processing.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality data availability.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data transformation and analysis.
  • Use Git for version control and code collaboration to streamline development processes.
  • Design and manage scalable data lakes using AWS S3 and related services for secure data storage.
  • Work with Amazon DynamoDB and Redshift for high-performance data storage and querying.
  • Create interactive dashboards using Amazon QuickSight for business insights.
  • Automate workflows with AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge for efficient process automation.
  • Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability to meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Proficient in Git and AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB, etc.) for efficient development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and its ecosystem for big data analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
