Web Operations Manager Job Description

Emeritus seeks an experienced Web Operations Manager to enhance our online presence and achieve business goals by owning our website, micro-sites, and landing pages.

As a key member of the global product marketing team, you will be responsible for maintaining our website (WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (custom CMS and Contentful). You will optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate user inputs. Additionally, you will maintain change logs and documentations, anticipate operational risks, and offer strategic solutions.

  • Optimize web assets for performance and accessibility
  • Validate user inputs and ensure seamless user experience
  • Document changes and track modifications
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in front-end development and web operations
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs; PHP is a plus
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Flexibility working across time zones is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and understanding of the marketing funnel
  • Energetic spirit and ability to work well with diverse teammates
