Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Chemistry team at Waters Corporation. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in the analytical chemistry industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • BSc/MSc/MTech in a relevant field, such as chemistry or business administration.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
