Job Overview:

  • Lead a team of risk management professionals to develop and implement strategies for mitigating operational risks in Financial Content Operations.
  • Assess the current state of real-estate operations, identify potential risks, and develop controls to mitigate them on an ongoing basis.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness within the organization by encouraging independent thinking about how various initiatives impact individual content sets in collaboration with business partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement centralized risk policies and drive improvements in risk management practices.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and standardize risk management processes across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain methodologies for presenting information about FCO real-estate, data, databases, data flows, sources, and processes to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Group Risk, IA, and other groups to implement LSEG Group Risk Policies.
  • Design frameworks for control assurance and risk action plans across Financial Content Operations.
  • Audit and improve insights generated from activities related to describing risks associated with FCO real-estate.
  • Provide reporting on FCO maturity on the risk curve.
