Business Manager

The role of a Business Manager involves overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning for a business or organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, developing and implementing business plans, and ensuring the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Funnel Management: Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Project Management: Oversee the design and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers and project managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a post-graduation degree in Project Management or Construction Management from a Tier I institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Aptitudes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction, ability to work well under pressure and independently.
