About This Role

This position is all about developing and managing long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. We're looking for someone who can build trust, engage in high-value conversations, and provide a premium service experience.

The role involves:

  • Developing personalized plans to understand clients' goals, aspirations, and challenges.
  • Collaborating with our client delivery team to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conducting consultative sessions to uncover deeper motivations and requirements.
  • Guiding prospects through a structured decision-making process leading to sign-up and closure.
  • Actively identifying new business opportunities through direct outreach and relationship nurturing.
  • SUPPORTING THE SALES PROCESS TO ENSURE HIGH CLIENT SATISFACTION AND REFERRALS.
  • Representing us at external events and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

What Success Looks Like?

Maintain a 70%+ consultation-to-close ratio on warm leads.

Build and manage a pipeline of active leads at all times.

Maintain a client NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 8.5+.
