BIM Modeler Specialist

We are seeking a skilled BIM modeler to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate detailed models for industrial projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models with high accuracy and reliability
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration
  • Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion of project milestones
  • Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope, adhering to industry standards
  • Evaluate accuracy and compliance with BIM execution plans and project specifications
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model, providing constructive solutions
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver high-quality models that meet project requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a BIM modeler or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable, with knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
  • Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards, with attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
