Cash and Trade Process Analyst

The Cash and Trade Process Analyst plays a pivotal role in executing complex transactions and collaborating with the Transaction Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process regular, restricted, and legal transfers, encompassing payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows, and wholesale card activity.
  • Ensure efficient transaction processing, act as a subject matter expert, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Evaluate and propose solutions to problems through data analysis, technical expertise, and precedent.
  • Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Contribute to and collaborate on cash and trade operations projects as needed.
  • Develop an understanding of how the cash and trade operations team interacts with others to achieve objectives.
  • Audit and mitigate risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by adhering to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues transparently.
