Cloud Computing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Computing Specialist to design, migrate and manage our new Salesforce platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setup, configuration, workflow, data migration and maintenance.

  • Custom object creation, validation rules, workflows and dashboards
  • Data quality checks and troubleshooting issues
  • Providing end-user training and support

The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce Administration, admin knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing modules, strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

Able to work independently and remotely. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and managing custom objects, validation rules, and workflows
  • Ensuring data accuracy and performing regular quality checks
  • Delivering comprehensive user training and support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
