Job Description

As an L1 Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support via email or phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

You will also be responsible for supporting desktop environments, including Windows OS, device setup, drivers, and peripheral support. Additionally, you will assist with user account management in Azure AD / Office 365, including password resets, license assignment, and MFA setup.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, desktop/laptop hardware, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Office365 admin portal, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
