Leading a team requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide others.

Hiring for Team Leaders who have experience in healthcare process is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO.

Candidates from BPO background only will be considered.

Responsibilities include managing operations matrices like Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA and maintaining excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a team including work and attendance monitoring.

Regularly impart effective coaching to team members to enable high-performance delivery.

Identify performance related issues and develop an action plan for improvement.

Maintain service delivery to customers meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.

Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.

Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information.

Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures.

Exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing management policies.

Support and manage programs with other Team Leaders and Managers.

Provide input for selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group(s).

Manage team members on a regular basis and write and deliver performance appraisal.
