Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional who will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of our product with clients. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of our platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with global customers to identify training needs, understand customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital transformation

• Manage multiple projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently

• Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and compliance throughout

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers

• Consult, Ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to customers using our product ecosystem

• Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users

Required Expertise

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand customer business and enterprise applications, processes, and user personas

• Strong learning appetite to become an expert on our products through certification programs

• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with an inclination to solve issues and problems with an analytical mindset

Preferred Skills

• Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies

• Experience in IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Oil and Gas industries

• Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an advantage

• Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage
