Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We're seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Visual Communications Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates key messages across various channels.

About the Role:

  • Create engaging visual designs for print and digital media, including promotional materials, e-learning resources, and publishing content.
  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet client requirements and align with company branding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and templates to optimize design efficiency and reduce content development time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating promotional content, e-learning materials, or publishing house content.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience in motion graphics using Animate, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new developments in the field.
