Job Title: SAP GRC Security

 

Job Description:

A leading technology firm seeks an experienced professional to ensure the security and integrity of their SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP security, expertise in managing SAP user access, roles, and authorizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP User Access: Oversee SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations in compliance with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SAP security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Resolve SAP authorization-related issues, working closely with functional and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with the SAP Basis and ABAP teams to ensure proper integration of security measures across the SAP landscape.
  • Provide training and guidance on SAP security best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on SAP security configurations, roles, and authorization changes.
  • Monitor SAP security logs and performance, identifying potential threats or performance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP security, specifically with SAP Basis, user roles, and authorizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, role management, authorization profiles, and troubleshooting security-related issues.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.) and how they integrate with SAP access controls.
  • Familiarity with SAP security tools, such as SAP GRC, and knowledge of ABAP/technical aspects related to SAP security is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex authorization issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and train users.
