Product Designer

Crafting innovative designs that balance business objectives with user-centric principles is at the heart of this role. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing industry-leading B2B banking experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and interactions that effectively communicate design concepts and support product ideation.
  • Organize complex information in an intuitive and user-friendly manner.
  • Present and articulate your design thinking, conduct regular design reviews, and capture feedback from key stakeholders to iterate and improve designs.
  • Apply human-centered design methods and W3C accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Use industry knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the design system for consistency across products.
  • Manage the design workload and ensure timely delivery of products in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work in product UX/UI design.
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
  • 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating cohesive, visually appealing product experiences with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
  • Skill in understanding and communicating design and technical trade-offs.
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of software development, modern technologies, and frameworks.
