Future Business Analyst Intern

This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department. As a case analysis intern, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of business operations.
About the Opportunity- This is a full-time internship opportunity so expect to work for 9 hours including 1 hour of break and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
- Based on the business requirement, you might have to work on the weekends.
- Comp off or OT (overtime allowance) would be given for working on the off days.
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities which may include case analysis document verification and database management.
- Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
- Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A graduate in any field.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel Word and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
