Speech Language Disorder Specialist

The Centre is seeking skilled and compassionate professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
- Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
- Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.
- Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
- Revise goals regularly based on each child's progress.
- Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
- Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.
- Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
- Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.
- Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
