Developmental Therapist

The Orange Child Development Centre aims to promote positive growth in children's lives, fostering social, physical, emotional, and intellectual development in a warm and safe environment.

This role involves providing therapy services to children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, including Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Behavioral Intervention.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing evidence-based interventions to address patients' deficits and enhance their functioning.
• Documenting patient progress and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, experience working with children with special needs, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is required, as well as licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
