Job Summary

  • The Programme Management Office Lead will be responsible for the overall site in charge, ensuring that all deliverables are in accordance with specifications stated in the Contract and completed on schedule.
  • He will oversee the quality of works produced by his team members and report to stakeholders on the progress of the assignment.
  • Participation in reviews with stakeholders and coordination of activities assigned to the Successful Bidder is a key responsibility.
  • This position requires a minimum qualification and experience of B and relevant IT Certifications like ITIL & Microsoft/ Oracle/ CISCO etc. from reputed institutes.
  • A post-qualification experience of 12 years, out of which at least 5 years shall be as a Team Leader, is required.

  • To lead and manage a team of programme managers to achieve strategic objectives and meet customer expectations.
  • To develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to improve project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

  • B degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Leader role with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Relevant IT Certifications like ITIL & Microsoft/ Oracle/ CISCO etc. from reputed institutes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
