About The Quest

The Quest
is a flagship initiative by Save The Quest NGO. Our mission is to create
equal education opportunities for visually impaired students
by connecting them with volunteers who serve as
scribes
during exams and academic activities. With our growing volunteer network and tech-enabled platform, we are building one of India's largest inclusive education support systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead The Quest in Chandigarh. This role is critical for scaling the project, managing operations, engaging volunteers, and ensuring that visually impaired students receive timely scribe support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and expansion of
    The Quest (Scribe Project)
    in Chandigarh.
  • Build and manage a
    network of volunteers, scribes, and partner institutions
    .
  • Collaborate with schools, colleges, universities, and exam authorities for smooth facilitation.
  • Oversee
    day-to-day project operations
    , reporting, and impact measurement.
  • Work with the
    tech/product team
    for adoption and improvement of the Scribe App.
  • Organize volunteer onboarding, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
  • Liaise with
    CSR partners, donors, and local organizations
    for support and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Education, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    project management, NGO operations, or CSR programs
    .
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a
    hybrid/remote setup
    .
  • Deep passion for
    inclusive education, disability rights, and social impact
    .
