We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Oracle Financials Implementation Specialist to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules, while working directly with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion financial management modules.
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated experience defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
