Recruitment Leader Job Description
Job Summary:Seeking an experienced recruitment leader to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple service lines and campus hiring initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans for timely closures.
- Coordinate with sourcing teams to shortlist quality candidates.
- Independently source candidates for niche and priority roles.
- Conduct screening, evaluate candidates, and present summaries.
- Lead, mentor, and manage recruiters across regions.
- Drive campus hiring processes from planning to onboarding.
- Liaise with external vendors and recruitment partners.
13+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services or consulting. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end hiring across functions and seniority levels. Experience scaling campus hiring programs across multiple colleges and geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
- Proficient in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and assessment techniques.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems, etc.
- Experience working with sourcing teams and external vendors.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
As a recruitment leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans, partnering with stakeholders, and leading a team of recruiters. You will also drive campus hiring processes, liaise with external vendors, and ensure SLA adherence.
