Job Overview

Serenica AI is seeking a part-time, remote Frontend Software Engineer Intern based in India. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in frontend development within a health technology startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of frontend technologies and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the frontend of our mobile application
  • Collaborate with backend developers to support API integration
  • Contribute to delivering a consistent and user-friendly interface
  • Write clean, maintainable code under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Support testing and debugging efforts to ensure software quality
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings to learn and contribute to ongoing projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of React Native or comparable hybrid app JS-based frameworks
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science
  • Demonstrable experience with frontend development from university projects
  • Sufficient competency in UI/UX design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
