We are Progress Nasdaq PRGS - a trusted provider of software that enables our customers to develop deploy and manage responsible AI powered applications and experiences with agility and ease We re proud to have a diverse global team where we value the individual and enrich our culture by considering varied perspectives because we believe people power progress Join us as an Intern and help us do what we do best propelling business forward We re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern - Paid Media to support our demand generation team The role will primarily focus on LinkedIn and Meta Facebook ad campaigns while also assisting with the analysis and improvement of Google Ads performance This is an excellent opportunity to get hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns understand what drives results and contribute directly to improving lead generation and campaign ROI Key Responsibilities Support the setup execution and daily monitoring of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns Assist in crafting ad creatives messaging and audience strategies for social platforms Analyze performance across LinkedIn Meta and Google Ads focusing on metrics like CTR CPC CPL and conversions Identify patterns in performance data and suggest optimizations to improve lead quality and volume Collaborate on A B testing efforts for ads and landing pages Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting of paid media performance pulling insights and learnings Stay current on digital advertising trends and platform updates Requirements Strong interest in paid digital marketing particularly social media advertising Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards Prior internship or project experience in digital advertising good to have Certification in LinkedIn Marketing optional but a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and trends Good written communication and attention to detail Willingness to learn take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively What You ll gain Practical skills in performance analysis campaign reporting and lead generation strategy Mentorship from experienced marketers and the ability to contribute to real projects A strong foundation for a career in digital marketing
