Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive with proven experience in the skill development, education, or training industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in mobilizing youth for paid courses, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive enrollments. Familiarity with key government schemes such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, or CSR-based training programs is essential. This role involves course sales, community outreach, and campaign execution to achieve enrollment targets while building strong partnerships for sustainable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote paid skill development courses, targeting youth in urban and rural areas of Assam and Northeast India. - Lead youth mobilization efforts through on-ground campaigns, workshops, and events to generate leads and conversions for paid training programs. - Drive course sales by identifying potential candidates, conducting outreach, and closing enrollments via personalized pitches and follow-ups. - Utilize digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email campaigns, SEO, PPC) and traditional methods (e.g., print media, community events, partnerships) to raise awareness and boost participation. - Collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, and CSR partners to align programs with schemes like PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana), NULM (National Urban Livelihoods Mission), and CSR-funded initiatives. - Conduct market research to understand youth demographics, preferences, and barriers to enrollment in paid courses, and refine strategies accordingly. - Track and report on campaign performance, enrollment metrics, and ROI using analytics tools to optimize future efforts. - Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community leaders, and influencers to expand reach and mobilize participants. - Support content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and promotional videos tailored to regional audiences. - Ensure compliance with ethical marketing practices and scheme guidelines while achieving monthly/quarterly targets for youth mobilization and course sales. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate diploma in Marketing/Rural Management preferred. - 2-5 years of experience in the skill development, education, or training industry, with a focus on mobilization for paid courses. - Proven track record in youth mobilization, demonstrated through successful campaigns that resulted in high enrollment rates for paid programs. - Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) and traditional marketing tactics. - Familiarity with government schemes such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, or CSR-based training programs, including their implementation and beneficiary targeting. Required Skills: - Strong sales skills for promoting and closing deals on paid courses. - Expertise in youth mobilization techniques, including community engagement and targeted outreach. - Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software). - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate young audiences. - Analytical mindset for market research, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making. - Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing software. Languages Known: - Fluent in English, Hindi, Assamese, and Bengali (both written and spoken) to effectively engage diverse regional audiences.
