High-Rise Development Civil Engineer

About this role:
As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our high-rise developments. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving on-site issues, planning and coordinating rectification activities, monitoring and managing project costs, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve on-site issues while providing support to clients.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute rectification activities.
- Monitor and manage project costs, materials, and vendor/agency coordination.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all times.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong technical knowledge of high-rise finishing works, excellent site management and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges proactively, and strong communication and client-handling skills.
