Designing automation systems from the ground up to boost efficiency is a core focus for this role.

We are seeking an Automation Architect to join our team and craft innovative solutions using n8n, Zapier, and Make. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low-code platforms, APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage automation systems using n8n, Zapier, and Make
  • Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini, and other LLMs into workflows seamlessly
  • Set up smart bots, AI content tools, and CRM assistants that save hours of manual work
  • Create workflows that sync tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets etc. efficiently
  • Build dashboards, set up alerts, optimize webhooks, and debug failures quickly
  • Collaborate with growth, content, and tech teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Document, test, scale. Repeat with precision.

Requirements:

  • 0.6 to 2 years of experience in automation, tech ops, or low-code platforms under their belt
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
  • Able to wrangle APIs, webhooks, and JSON with ease
  • Tinkered with AI tools, prompts, embeddings, or workflows previously
  • Love reverse-engineering messy processes into sleek, scalable flows
  • Bonus: Light code (JavaScript, Python, or shell scripting) skills on top of the basics

  • Notion, Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, Typeform, Calendly as well
  • Webflow, Stripe, HubSpot also part of the mix
  • GCP / Firebase (nice to have but not required)
