Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Software Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for driving technical innovation, ensuring software quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Promote software excellence through innovative approaches, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication\
  • Lead the design, development, and testing of software applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security\
  • Foster collaboration with product teams, user acceptance testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes\
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data insights to enhance software quality and system architecture\
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team\
  • Required Skills and Qualifications\
    • \
    • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on leadership and technical expertise\
    • Proven skills in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns\
    • Hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, SQL Databases, and cloud-native technologies such as Azure/AWS and Kubernetes\
    • Advanced knowledge of functional programming, BPMN, Microservices, RESTful web services development, JMS, Kafka, and Hibernate\
    • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, non-functional requirements like resiliency, performance, and security\
    • Demonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile)\
