Job Role: Outreach Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Outreach Coordinator to amplify our brand presence across India. As a key member of the team, you will foster strong relationships with educational stakeholders, promoting our programs and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand visibility in schools, colleges, education fairs, and relevant communities.
  • Represent our organization at career events, expos, workshops, webinars, and other forums to position us as a top choice for business and tech education.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to design and implement region-specific outreach campaigns, attracting high-caliber talent from Indian high schools.
  • Provide insightful feedback and analysis to inform program development and communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and track effectiveness to refine strategies continuously.

About You:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven
