Job Description:

As a seasoned ServiceNow professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains. This involves leveraging your technical expertise to develop and implement business partner strategies, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB. You will also provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases, undertake regular implementation and code reviews, and assist with updates to program specification/implementation documentation.

Collaboration with scrum teams is essential to prepare configurations for production. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow, with hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components, as well as applicable programming methodologies such as JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS.

A degree of familiarity with GCP, systems analysis/programming, and building/executing JS utilities would be desirable. Additionally, holding ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials and possessing conceptual architecture knowledge is highly valued. A proven track record of 3+ years Agile Framework experience and hands-on Scaled Agile Framework experience is also beneficial. Knowledge of Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus but not mandatory.
