Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our recruitment strategy forward.

  • Skill-based Hiring: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies that cater to our diverse range of roles, focusing on expertise, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Talent Pool Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pool for senior and critical positions to minimize time-to-hire and optimize business outcomes.
  • Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute innovative sourcing methods, including social media, professional networks, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive adoption of best practices within the TA team.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market shifts.
  • Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions with compensation packages up to ₹40–50 LPA.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent business understanding, with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • People Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution, while driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
