Supply Chain Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Operations team in Bangalore. As an integral part of our supply chain, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile Warehouse and Logistics invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Update and maintain the monthly cost tracker to provide real-time insights into our expenses.
  • Compile ageing and shelf-life reports for inventory monitoring to optimize storage capacity and reduce waste.
  • Analyse SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) articles and assist in preparing action plans to minimize their impact on our operations.
  • Compile and share the weekly fill rate report to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and track planning vs. actual performance to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex supply chain challenges.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of pivot tables and lookup functions preferred.
  • Display attention to detail and good organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Exhibit interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management to drive innovation and growth.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Education:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
