Warehouse Management Specialist

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in warehouse management? Do you have experience in designing, building, and implementing WMS solutions?

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing inbound receipts, replenishment, outbound logistics, internal warehouse transfers, inventory accuracy, kitting, cross docks, direct ships, drop ships, shipments, and monitor development phases.

  • Design and implement WMS solutions including configuration, technical, and code changes
  • Expertise in management of inbound receipts, replenishment, outbound logistics, internal warehouse transfers, inventory accuracy, kitting, cross docks, direct ships, drop ships, shipments
  • Monitor development phases, collaborate with the development team, and ensure solutions are delivered on time
  • Assist in QA and UAT testing
  • Deploy solutions in production after successful QA and UAT completion
  • Provide post-go-live support and address defects quickly to minimize business impact

As a Warehouse Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing level 3 support, leading the resolution of high-priority tickets, and ensuring that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Experience in designing, building, and implementing WMS solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
