Job Title: IT Project Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an IT Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the implementation of large-scale projects involving Workday. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and continuous improvement across various departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing and optimizing HR system functionality, and ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale Workday projects from end-to-end, including requirements gathering, consulting, and testing.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment across initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree or equivalent in a related field, with 3 years of experience in HR Operations/Reporting OR Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience OR Diploma with 10-12 years of experience.
  • Previous managerial experience directly managing projects or programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and Agile methodology.
