Job Title: Development Analyst Internship Opportunity

This role offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in the development sector, working on diverse projects including research, monitoring & evaluation, digital solutions, and policy analysis.

About the Role:
    We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Development Analyst Intern. This role involves conducting primary and secondary research for baseline-endline studies, supporting policy analysis and research publication development, and assisting in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research for baseline-endline studies
  • Support policy analysis and research publication development
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis
  • Prepare research briefs and summary reports
  • Support needs assessment studies and impact evaluations

Data Management & Visualization:
  • Assist in survey design and data collection tool development
  • Help maintain project databases and documentation

Content Development & Social Media Support:
  • Assist in creating IEC materials including booklets, toolkits, and educational content
  • Support script development for awareness content
  • Help in documentation of success stories and case studies
  • Create engaging social media content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Assist in social media posting and community engagement activities
  • Support development of visual content and infographics for various platforms

Required Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, MSW, MBA (Rural Management) or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
