Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources management with a maximum of 10 years, preferably in the Highway EPC industry.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, especially within India and the Middle East markets, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
  • Strong performance management skills, with the ability to implement and monitor KPIs and employee evaluations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Extensive knowledge in training and development, able to identify training needs and create development plans for employees, promoting ongoing growth and development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR compliance, including employee laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and up-to-date.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills, capable of managing employee disputes and mediating between parties effectively, creating a positive work environment.
  • Strategic planning abilities, with experience in aligning HR activities with business goals, driving business success.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with all levels of the organization, fostering strong relationships.
  • Experience in Highway EPC projects is a must for this role, with the ability to handle HR responsibilities in this specific industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall HR function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to track and evaluate employee performance, driving growth and development.
  • Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure ongoing employee development, promoting a culture of learning.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and regulations, protecting the company's reputation.
  • Mediate employee conflicts and provide necessary support to resolve disputes effectively, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to business decisions with HR insights, driving business success.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to company policies.
  • Handle HR responsibilities for Highway EPC projects, ensuring the HR practices meet the specific needs of this sector.
