Job Title: Solar Power System Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems at project sites.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in solar PV electrical works, including installation of panels, inverters, combiner boxes, transformers, and cable routing.

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site solar PV electrical activities to ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
  • Review and interpret solar electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, string configurations, and layout plans.
  • Oversee the installation of LV/MV systems, grounding/earthing systems, protection systems, and monitoring equipment.
  • Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams to deliver integrated projects.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for solar systems, including insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, and inverter testing.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards by monitoring subcontractor performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of site logs, quality reports, material inspections, and testing results.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and propose practical solutions to maintain progress and quality.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in solar PV system installation and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV system components, including inverters, modules, combiner boxes, etc.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards and testing equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
