Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to lead our regional human resources function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  3. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  4. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  5. Launch regional skill development centers and implement learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Facilitate and deliver training programs, including workshops, seminars, trainer-led and online courses.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Conduct training on performance management systems and associated policies for the regional team.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure performance management process completion of the regional team within timeline.
  11. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
  12. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  13. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  14. Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.
  15. Oversee housekeeping and pantry operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office facilities.
  16. Manage procurement and inventory of pantry supplies, office supplies, and other essentials.
  17. Ensure timely and effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
