Job Title: Fabrication Manager

The primary role of a fabrication manager is to oversee the daily operations of a production floor, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the established production schedule.

This position requires strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols. Additionally, leadership and hands-on supervision skills are essential for managing a team and driving productivity.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing daily fabrication activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing manpower allocation and resources, and driving productivity while controlling rework and reducing delays.

Furthermore, this role involves ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining material traceability, and adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
