As a R&D Project Manager in the Control & Protection Platform area of HVDC and FACTS, you will be responsible for leading your R&D team. Your key objectives will include overseeing project delivery, managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and representing the team's values to upper management.

About This Role

This position is ideal for an individual who has successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field and possesses more than 5 years of project management experience in solution development projects, managing medium-sized teams (up to 10 people).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans that meet stakeholder objectives, ensuring the project team and equipment assigned are available as planned.
  • Create and maintain transparent communication and risk management plans, holding regular team and stakeholder reviews.
  • Coordinate daily communications with the project team and client, ensuring clients' expectations regarding project results are achieved.
  • Analyze stakeholders' expectations and their impact on the project, applying appropriate management strategies for engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
Requirements
  • You have more than 5 years of project management experience in solution development projects, managing medium-sized teams (up to 10 people).
  • It would be desirable to have experience in commissioning a HVDC or FACTS system.
  • You have a good understanding of project management areas in accordance with Agile Practice Guide.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
