About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and enhance sales performance.
- The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights that help drive revenue and optimize the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from internal CRM systems, ERP tools, and external sources.
- Track key sales metrics such as pipeline performance, conversion rates, quota attainment, and win/loss ratios.
Reporting & Dashboards:
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and executive summaries.
- Present data insights to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
Forecasting & Budgeting:
- Assist in sales forecasting, revenue projections, and territory planning using historical data and predictive models.
- Support annual and quarterly sales planning processes and budget alignment.
Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the sales process; recommend strategies for optimization.
- Monitor lead funnel performance and help improve conversion and retention rates.
CRM & Tool Management:
- Ensure accurate data entry and hygiene in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Support CRM enhancements and user adoption by coordinating with SalesOps and IT teams.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark pricing, product positioning, and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
