As a marketing automation specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative campaign solutions to drive business growth. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand audience requirements and develop targeted campaigns that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver B2C campaign solutions, including emails, journeys, landing pages, and forms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standard methodologies, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to review campaign and deliverability metrics, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and test new email templates, build a library of assets for retrieval and reuse, and perform A/B testing.
- Implement automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
- At least 3-5 years' experience working hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, involving campaign strategy and execution.
- Ability to work with clients to design campaign journeys, emails, and campaigns in SFMC.
- Knowledge of HTML and UX standard methodologies for building custom templates, such as forms, landing pages, and emails.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is mandatory.
