We are looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the design vision and strategy of our enterprise solutions.

  • Requires 7+ years of experience in building and delivering complex B2B Enterprise/SaaS products, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in leading a design team, with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and growth.
  • Able to partner with Product and Technology teams to translate industry insights and business goals into actionable strategies for direct teams.
  • Strong ability to communicate design decisions effectively to company leadership, setting meaningful goals and objectives for the team.
  • Proven history of driving decisions through qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
  • Exceptional design skills, with the ability to recognize great work and inspire others to achieve excellence.
  • A servant leader who empowers team members to take ownership and autonomy, driving engagement and decision-making.
  • Must be proficient in Figma and other design tooling, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX, or a related field.
