Job Title:

Visual Design Leader

Job Description:

The Visual Design Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative visual campaigns across various sales channels, both offline and online.

This role requires a deep understanding of branding, design principles, and visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will have experience working with leading brands in the Food and Beverage category or an FMCG brand, specifically in an advertising agency setting. Experience with luxury, international, or lifestyle brands is highly valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing visual campaigns that align with brand ethos and language
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts
  • Designing digital ads and packaging designs that maximize campaign efficacy
  • Coordinating with external agencies as needed for creative requirements
  • Managing brand shoots from a technical standpoint

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can take full ownership of projects and manage them end-to-end within agreed-upon timelines.
