Financial Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee all accounting matters, manage accounts payable and receivable, and implement finance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Account Receivable efficiently.
  • Implement finance strategies aligned with management objectives.
  • Oversee vendor management, including vendor registration, asset creation, and procurement.
  • Manage transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably SAP.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger functions and accountancy principles.
  • Effective control over revenue through various means and channels, including reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of GST India provisions, including input credit, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, invoicing rules, and filing requirements.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations and revenue reconciliations.
  • Taking care of vendor bill approvals, advances, and payments as per purchase orders issued.
  • Familiarity with TDS provisions, including different sections under which TDS is deducted, TDS returns, and TDS rates.
  • Experience in quarterly and year-end E-TDS filings.
  • Statutory compliance, including verification, calculation, payment, and filing of returns, such as GST, TDS, ROC, PF, and PT.
  • Vendor management, including vendor registration, asset creation, and procurement.
  • Primary point of contact for all vendor-related transactions.

  • Good analytical skills, embracing challenges and changes, initiative, and a positive working attitude.

Education and Certification:

  • CA or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in finance and accountancy.
