Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Pharma ACE, ensuring efficient execution of processes, maintaining high quality standards, optimizing resource allocation, and aligning operations with overall strategic goals.

\

This role will work closely with the Leadership Team to drive Operational Excellence in India and our Global locations.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for Pharma ACE, including setting performance metrics, identifying improvement areas, and aligning operations with business objectives.\
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across Pharma ACE.\
  • Manage resource allocation to optimize operations and maximize productivity.\
  • Oversee multiple teams, including Facilities, Legal, Operations, and Project Management Office.\
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across different practices and other Pharma ACE locations to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business needs.\
  • Implement and maintain quality standards across all operations, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and customer requirements such as ISO.\
  • Lead and manage sustainability goals aligned to our SBTi commitments and ensure our metrics are as per our client requirements.
