    • Ensure full compliance with direct tax laws and regulations, including corporate tax, transfer pricing, and international taxation.">
    • Manage the timely and accurate filing of income tax returns, advance tax computations, TDS compliance, and tax audits.">
    • Oversee tax assessments, appeals, and litigations, working closely with legal and regulatory authorities.">

  • Tax Planning & Strategy:">
    • ">
    • Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to optimize the company's direct tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.">
    • Conduct detailed tax impact analysis for business transactions, acquisitions, mergers, and expansions.">
    • Advise senior management on tax risks, mitigation strategies, and financial implications of business decisions.">

  • Litigation & Advisory:">
    • ">
    • Represent the company in tax assessments, scrutiny cases, and appeals before tax authorities.">
    • Collaborate with external consultants, legal advisors, and auditors to handle complex tax matters.">
    • Draft responses and provide clarifications on notices issued by tax authorities.">

  • Internal Controls & Team Leadership:">
    • ">
    • Establish and maintain strong internal tax controls to prevent non-compliance and mitigate risks.">
    • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and alignment with business objectives.">
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of taxation professionals, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.">

Key Requirements

  • ">
  • CA Qualified (Mandatory) with 8-20 years of experience in direct taxation.">
  • Strong expertise in corporate tax, international taxation, transfer pricing, and tax litigation.">
  • Proven experience in handling tax audits, assessments, and appeals with regulatory authorities.">
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, FEMA, and cross-border tax implications.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.">
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of leading tax teams and cross-functional collaboration.">
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.">
