Job Overview

This role involves actively contributing to various project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design deployment. Responsibilities will involve exploring alternatives based on research, building Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining to-be processes, and detailed functional designs.

You will support configuring solution requirements on products, understand issues, diagnose root-causes, seek clarifications, and identify shortlisted solution alternatives. Additionally, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and refine, analyze, and structure relevant data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive collaboration and assess current processes for improvement areas.

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting Hyperion Modules.
  • Experience in implementing the latest versions of Oracle's On-premise Hyperion suite of products, including Hyperion Planning, Financial Management, Profitability and Cost Management, FCCS, on-prem planning, and Hyperion Admin modules.

Preferred Skills:

  • Business Intelligence, EPM, Hyperion Essbase.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master Of Engineering, Master Of Science, Master of Business Administration, Master Of Technology, Bachelor Of Science, Bachelor Of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering.
