We are seeking an accomplished technical writer to author Service Bulletins for the Airbus STD Airframe, Hydro Mech & Cargo domain. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently create and revise Service Bulletins based on SBO requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and revise Service Bulletins as per specified requirements.
  • Perform configuration analysis to identify pre- and post-drawings according to Airbus SB standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with industry standards including S1000D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE – 100.
  • Analyze technical criteria and related data sources.
  • Utilize software tools in SAP PCS and SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, and APS.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of cold working SB's.
  • Determine aircraft zone and access study to specify work location.
  • Carry out precise sequence of the authoring process as described in the Quality Plan.
  • Evaluate timeline and make realistic commitments with project leaders.
  • Participate actively in customer communication for any queries or concerns.
  • Author content in Arbor text or Epic editor for SB's.
  • Maintain quality (RFT) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned tasks.
  • Manage workload effectively and maintain on-time deliveries (OTD) and quality.
